The Afterburner AB F Series is a fairway wood shaft designed based on the engineering principles of the Afterburner AB03 Series. Unlike fairway woods, which frequently require striking the ball from the ground, this shaft minimizes the use of impact-resistant materials found in the AB01 Series. Instead, it incorporates a higher proportion of high-elasticity materials to withstand the impact of downward strikes.
High-elasticity materials are renowned for their superior bending characteristics, providing the shaft with enhanced flexibility. This design ensures a smoother impact when striking the ball from the ground.
The Afterburner 501 Series is specifically engineered to maximize ball speed, making it suitable for players with slower swing speeds to achieve professional-level initial ball velocity. Unlike conventional shafts that typically use high modulus graphite, the Afterburner Series features impact-resistant materials designed to facilitate rapid kickback. This advanced material significantly enhances initial ball speed, achieving an exceptional level of performance.
Golf shaft materials are generally classified into two categories: impact-resistant materials and high modulus materials. High modulus materials offer excellent flexibility due to their bending properties, while impact-resistant materials are designed to rebound upon impact. The Afterburner Series uses impact-resistant materials to optimize kickback, although these materials can be prone to breakage, which is why they are less commonly used in shaft construction.
FOOP Technology
FOOP TECHNOLOGY is a unique shaft design innovation by TRPX, featuring a full-length layer of fibers strategically positioned at a 90-degree angle to the shaft body. The technology capitalizes on its ability to restore the shaft diameter, which tends to deform into an oval shape during the downswing, back to a perfect circle. As a result, it achieves remarkable advancements in ball speed that were previously unattainable with conventional shafts.

Warranty Details
If the product sustains damage due to manufacturing defects within the warranty period and the warranty conditions are met, we will provide one of the following warranties (1) or (2).
Please contact the store where you purchased the product and bring this document along with the eligible product.
- If the product can be repaired, we will repair it free of charge.
- If the product cannot be repaired, we will replace it with the same model or an equivalent model.*The possibility of repair will be determined by our company.
Non-Warranty Coverage
